Augustin Jomier, a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure in Lyon, currently has a doctoral contract at the Université du Maine, in the Centre for Research in the History of the French West (CERHIO). His thesis topic is Ibadi Muslim reformism in colonial Algeria.
