athilde Guergoat-Larivière is a lecturer in Economic Sciences at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and an associate researcher at the Centre d’Études de l’Emploi et du Travail. In 2018, she defended an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches entitled “Emploi et qualité de l’emploi en Europe : mesures, inégalités et tendances”. Her research work is structured around two main axes: the first on the quality of employment, innovation and inequalities; the second on women’s employment and public policies likely to affect it (parental leave, childcare). She regularly works in European comparison and participates in projects for French and international institutions (France Stratégie, European Commission, OECD, World Bank).
